The vehicle is in excellent condition for its age, with no advisories on the last few MOTs.

There are a few rust spots but told that non are structural.

It includes a 100w solar panel fitted on roof, with MPPT controller, this solar system charges both main & leisure batteries, a battery master, which charges up both batteries when on ehu. Numerous USB charging points (both EHU & 12v), and rear speakers fitted into the living area, controlled by a remote control.

Mileage is recorded at 93087. As the vehicle is still being used this will increase slightly. Cambelt changed at 67791 miles

The original sprung/foam seats have been upgraded to foam placed inside the original seat covers which have become sun bleached over the years but is far more comfortable to sit & sleep on than the originals ever were!

it has upgraded seats with arm rests, that fold down to use as a drinks tray. I found the original seats to be uncomfortable when driving long distances. I still have the original seats with the infill cushions that are used to make up the single beds. These will also be included.

The Carverwater water heater was rebuilt 2 years ago by Gary at ARC in Nottingham but the gas water heating side has not been reconnected due to us not using it and requiring  a new burner part. These parts are still available on eBay.

It works perfectly well one EHU. As it is harder to get spares for them these days, the gas heating element has no thermostat fitted, it blew the tie rod in the tank causing it to leak. All new parts and seals were fitted by Gary on the rebuild. We use the gas kettle for hot water when not on EHU.

We have used the shower on ehu, it has a trigger shower head thus saving hot water and maintains the same temperature of the water when set whist in use.

The carver fire works on both gas & EHU.With fan assisted hot blown air to circulate to the adjustable vents located in the toilet/shower room and the main area of van. It is very efficient on a cold winters night.

I had a marine gas oven fitted which consists of oven, grill and 2 hobs, as this model didn't have an oven fitted from new.

It is also fitted with the Fiamma back box and used as extra storage being fixed onto the bike rack.

The gas fire, oven with grill & 2 gas hobs along with the fridge has been gas safe checked earlier this year by a qualified person. Also checked out the 12 volt system & renewed the relays as one was faulty. We use it off grid mostly these days & haven't had any problems since with it at all.

The engine has been serviced and cambelt changed. Just had a new vacuum pump fitted as the piston was rattling. Also the exhaust manifold has been skimmed and fitted with new gaskets, as was leaking, the glow plugs where changed at the same time. As we only do low mileage I have a full service done with the MOT every year.

New ignition barrel also fitted as the original was worn due to constantly having a large bunch of heavy keys in ignition. Was told that you shouldn't do this as it causes the barrel to wear at the top & causes intermittent starting problems.

It has never broken down on us in all the time we've had it. 

Fiamma F 45 wind out awning, ends caps replaced a couple years ago due to plastic fatigue from the suns UVs.

New flock seals on windows, along with all new herzim trim fitted as well. No leaks around windows or roof vents.

includes 2 complete sets of keys & plips for the Thatcham Alarm with immobiliser.

Tyres are in good condition with the spare located under the rear area of the van.

Includes reversing camera.

 It includes both inside and outside thermal blackout blinds. I only use the outside one as easier to put on.

There is room for 2x6Kg Propane gas cylinders in the gas locker. Rubber gas pipe was changed on the gas safe service check

This vehicle has had 4 owners since new.

Full service history & paperwork and service book, numerous amounts of other paperwork for parts & other bits purchasehed on van.
